Allen worked on the upholstery of two key pieces on the Dash today...the Gauge Cluster & the Glove Box Lid.

Below are pictures showing the Upholstery of both pieces in Italian Tangelo Leather.

Dash top, upholstered in Tangalo Italian Leather with defrost vents installed.

We Finished the A/C duct work, Installation of Climate Control Sensors, and Wiring for the new A/C unit that will be installed. Due to the addition of digital gauges and other accessories, we had to fabricate hangers that would allow us to secure the ductwork directly to the underside of the dash. Now we will fabricate the new gauge cluster housing!

On the wiring a little today to install a customer requested Detroit Speed, Selecta - Speed Windshield Wiper system. Here's some photos of the install.
Next up...fabricating brackets and installing the Climate control Module with wiring harness.

Allen continued working on the Wiring for Gauges & Controls, finishing out the week with the final placement of the Dakota Digital Control Box & Power Ground Safety Box, & the Wiring to the Gauges & Controls which will be placed within the Center Console.

Allen has been installing new Sensors onto the Motor for the Dakota Digital Gauges. This work is tedious & will provide connection to the new Gauges controlling and monitoring the K5's Speed, Oil, Water, & Gear Shift Selector Module.
He has also ran the Wiring for the Power Windows. There is quite a LOT going on behind these little gauges!

Allen has moved to the preparation of the Wiring Harness to install various components from Dakota Digital & New Relics. These components include the A/C and Climate Controls, Digital Gauge System, & Gear Shift System, Full Exterior LED Lighting, and from New Relics, a Power Window System.
